tke's chapter house

Hi,

I don't know about Greek life on campus that well but I've driven by TKE's house on Van Buren many times and always wondered what happened to their fraternity? I've noticed the house has been vacant for years, and does the school own it now and is it going to be used by any other club/organization?

AOPi here...our alums looked into it. It’s owned by TKE and is being renovated for their return in 2021. They were kicked off for hazing in 2017. They had some homeless people squatting in there over winter break so it’s boarded up now.
