What do you base that on? Sigma chi, phi delt and beta were founded in Ohio. Lambda was founded in Boston, phi Psi was founded in Virginia, DU was founded in Massachusetts etc.

Southern doesn’t mean $—t here

Sig ep used to be top house but all the upper classmen members dropped after becoming dry. no longer top house

Of these six, five are def top...sigs, sae, Lambda, phidelt, and sigep. Then maybe phi psi. But def not Pi kapp. Sorry, they’ve just never been strong enough to be in the top....
