Look at the haters, yet they aren’t on probation, still do mixers with top sororities and have no problem pulling a full pc. As a top house, it’s what you’d expect.

Upper middle tier. If it weren’t for the name of the house, this house would easily be bottom tier. They have little to no participation on campus, low grades, lacking brotherhood, and they really just seem like a bunch of drunks.

...great wet houses. Not too many left now that sigma chi is “dry”. Surprisingly, their grades weren’t that bad. Way better than a lot of the middle houses (phi psi, etc). They have the largest property too.
