Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.8 At first, being a non-greek, you wouldn't expect much from these boys but over the last two years I have been impressed with what they've done. This year they got a new house, won the inter mural cup and it seems like their all over the place now. They weren't as active but now I'd say they are in the top 4 for sure. Also they are the definition of gentlemen, taken care of a couple of my close girlfriends after huge parties at their house instead of being pricks.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.3 New house is awesome, new members like to go hard, sometimes a bit too much but always a great time hanging with them. The older members are all responsible and will help you out if you need it
