Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.0 For sure as top party frat. One of the reasons why they're my favorite is because they're always having/throwing something. Day fades are legendary and Western Wednesday's are a must-go for me. PC' 17 seemed a lil creepy and the whole frat in general are not known for their looks, that's probably why they go so hard at parties. Also not really sure how involved they are on campus or philanthropies.
