Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 Dream on. This house is falling apart (roof leaks) etc for being so new. Your reputation is meh at best. Phi psi has never been considered one of the top. It simply isn’t. Not because people hate or are jealous...just because the quality of the group doesn’t pull like the top 5 (in no order...Phi Delt, SAE, Lambda, Sigep and Sigs). BTW...anyone else notice that Kappa Sigma went from like 20 guys to over 50 last term? Talk about “up and coming”.

What? Where did you hear that the roof is leaking? That's fake new. They had one of the biggest top pledge classes this year, and are rising extremely fast.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 5.0 Phi Psi gets a lot of unwarranted hate. Most of it probably comes out of jealousy of their new house and great reputation with ladies. Amazing.
