Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 1.0 Has fallen fast and hard. Seriously one of the most irrelevant houses on campus. They hardly participate, didn't get a SING partner, get bad numbers, and I have literally never heard a girl talk about going to a Phi Delt party. In fact, many girls have never even heard of them which says a lot since their house is the first you should see when coming off campus. Waste of space house.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 2.9 Rushed them in the fall but many of the guys seemed more interested in drinking and partying than friendship or other Greek Life activities. They're considered a top house, but that was the only pro for me during rush week.
