Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 2.9 My friends and I hung out with a few of the dudes here because they were less heard of and they were very friendly and we had a good time. Not a party house but fun for small kickbacks. The house smells like weed and is pretty dirty, friendly guys overall. This is the place to come to chill out but the president is apparently really mean and doesn’t get along w many of the members!

The fact that anyone, really only on this site though, consider them top tier is laughable. How are they top? What are they known for? Parties? No. Winning? No. Size? No. Philanthropy? No. They couldn't even get a sing partner this year. Laughable.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 5.0 As a guy that got bids from SPE, SAE and Lambda which are the other "top houses" this house is the definite way to go if you want a great brotherhood and guys that are chill but know how to have fun. The guys all want to get involved with other houses and love partying, the pledge process isn't a cakewalk like some of these other houses, you actually have to earn your way into this house.

As a guy that got bids from SPE, SAE and Lambda which are the other "top houses" this house is the definite way to go if you want a great brotherhood and guys that are chill but know how to have fun. The guys all want to get involved with other houses and love partying, the pledge process isn't a cakewalk like some of these other houses, you actually have to earn your way into this house.
