I honestly think things are changing a bit. Kappa and AXO are becoming top tier and AOII and Chi O may have been lower before, but I think they are both working their way up

I would say Kappa and AXO are middle tier along with Chi O. ΣΚ and AOII are settling to bottom tier. AZD and PiPhi are what I would consider top.

Kappa Delta and AXO are currently the fastest rising chapters. DG KKG and for whatever reason AXiD have been top tier in the past. If you are looking at numbers only, Sigma Kappa just had a hella big recruitment class but no quality. Chi Omega has seemed more noticeable aorund campus. Lots of options!
