These girls are really making changes in their chapter, and its changing for the better. Getting rid of girls that don't do anything good for their chapter and give them a bad name is what they have done and they are moving up to the top. They have big hearts and are a strong group of women. If i have a daughter i would want her to be an alpha xi delta
