Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.6 If you don't think Phi Kaps is a top house, you're insane. Not only are they fun, they have a true brotherhood. If I was guy, I would definitely be a Phi Kap.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 4.0 Got some creepy kids but the overwhelmingly amount of phi kaps are good. I like this house because most of the guys are nice and are down to drink. Defiantly one of the best houses on campus.

All the guys are so full of themselves. They don't talk to you if they don't know you. Not welcoming at all and a lot of them are creepy and disrespectful. Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Northern Illinois University - NIU 3.8 The boys of Phi Kappa Theta are for the most part all super sweet guys. ALMOST all of them are respectful towards girls at NIU. A few of them are little over the top and can come off as being to forward and creepy. Overall, a great fraternity to go to and have a good time. They are always willing to party!
