Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.0 See them at the bar all the time, very nice and respectful. Not the best looking guys but they have their few, Tyler I believe? Is such a hunk. I Don't believe they do much on campus after the kid that fell off their balcony happened, but hopefully they come back strong! Middle tier at most

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 2.2 Definitely not a top tier. Guys stop ranking yourselves, no one cares about greekrank and you shouldnt care about what others are ranked on here either. stop posting about yourselves.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.6 First fraternity on campus and has NEVER been kicked off. Of course People will ALWAYS try to find reasons to hate on these guys (even suspended members). They take recruitment very very seriously. I had never heard of these guys and I was handed a mysterious invitation to their mansion by a girl when visiting campus this summer. I showed up at their house late at night at the time specified. The interview, and the events that followed after, are the reason i will rush Delta Sig.

First fraternity on campus and has NEVER been kicked off. Of course People will ALWAYS try to find reasons to hate on these guys (even suspended members). They take recruitment very very seriously. NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 5.0 A group of sophisticated gentleman, without a doubt the descendants of wealthy slave owners. The best Christian fraternity on campus and they make some of the best whiskey in Texas. Whole generations of children have been conceived in there fraternity house Gucci. Ive been told these guys have Johnson's the size of California but hey if you don't believe me go by there house, during a full moon, with a clear sky.

From what I have seen, they have the best relation with their alumni (which has helped them out with jobs). They have the NICEST house layout. the entrance alone is stunning. Their grades speak for themselves. They may be middle tier at the moment, but historically, they have been the best on campus. They are also the first fraternity on campus, and has never been kicked off (unlike the other ones).

They are smaller in numbers but everyone is actively involved. they have a good brotherhood and know how to have fun. they are a mid tier fraternity, but are moving up fast. Can't wait to hang with them after break!!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.6 This is a good fraternity. The thing is that they are out of money. There house is pretty beat up. Needs fixing up. Ive met some of the brothers. They seem like a good group of guys just they seem to be stuck at that middle tier and cant get out.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.0 Nicest guys with some of the best hospitality. Awesome house without a doubt. Love to party. They are working diligently to become top tier. I believe they can do it. Hats off to all of them.
