Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 1.6 They are just so uninvolved and when they throw parties they cut the music half way and only talk to their brothers. Some dudes are cool but over all are just not very friendly

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.8 Good fraternity... Parties Hard, good at intramural sports, great guys, but lack the involvement on campus other "lower" fraternities have.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.0 These guys are one of the top houses on unt with pike and sig chi. All nice guys and like to have fun but they keep it low key so they don't get into trouble. Good in soccer always and always in the library.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.0 Really don't get why they're considered 'top tier' to some, all they do is smoke weed. A large group of try hards and known as the Twitter frat because it seems they're always getting into it with someone else. Grades aren't high, they ghost bid a lot of kids. Could honestly see them being the next kicked off campus.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.4 I've just recently hanging around these guys, and for the most part they are really sweet guys. Some of their pledges are kind of annoying, especially at parties asking people (who aren't girls) who do they know here when their actives actually invite them. Other than that, they have been really kind and they are really generous. They don't give off that super "fratty" vibe. They are the frat that most people would want to just chill with because they are normal really cool dudes.
