They have been steadily improving since being back on campus. In the next few years they should be top tier material. They are a great group of diverse guys that always know how to have fun. Not the typical doucher frat boys.

Sad to say this fraternity is falling off the map, i really like these guys. They are respectful and not douche bags. The are respectful to girls which im sad to say not all the fraternities are.
