sorority live in requirement

I'll be rushing as a junior in the fall, and was wondering how strict sororities are on live in requirements. I wasn't planning on living in a house, but it seems all of the sororities require that you live in them for at least a year. Is this true?

Yes some require one year as a part of the dues, but there are a few who do not

i would definitely rush and you and the sorority you join can work that out! a lot of times they will work with you!
