Easily best greek life in the state and top 3 ACC. Biggest greek court housing on the east coast and best tailgates in the ACC. In-state acceptance rate and average starting salary surpassed UNC last year for the first time in history and is trending up. Nowhere better

Greek life at state is growing every year. The chapters are all moving towards a centralized location with bigger and better houses. If you rush you have a really good chance of getting a bid. Some chapters are more competitive, but legacy doesn’t matter here. FSL pushes for all chapters to work together and be a community.

FSL is probably the worst, least efficient, and crappily run organization in history, but other than that, NCSU is on the rise. Prime athletics, best tailgates in NC, and overall best culture and greek life in NC (that’s not saying much, but we’ll take it)

Definitely the best Greek life in NC. It’s becoming more and more SEC like with the big mansions and parties. The sororities are super competitive, especially the older ones on campus that everyone fights to be in. Legacy also doesn’t really work, which is a good thing.

There’s not a ton of hazing, at least not in the sororities. The houses are getting bigger and better. Panhel love is really pushed here too. Some houses are harder to get a bid from than others, but being a legacy doesn’t secure you a bid. It’s not nearly as toxic as some other big Greek life schools

FSL is a total joke, they act like friends of Greek life and then turn right around and suspend/probate certain groups for small things unrelated to the big “hazing/SA” things. ^ Those sanctions are justified, however telling these groups that they can do a certain activity and hitting them with 40 requirements for them to even have the POSSIBILITY to do so is just absurd. FSL is a total joke. If greek life here had some more freedom, NC state would be a far more desirable/enjoyable university.

ncsu greek life is starting to turn into greek life at more southern schools. giant greek mansions, most srats and fraternities are relatively competitive to get a bid, and legacy doesn’t always work
