Heard from multiple people that the plug is being pulled on pi phi and they are gonna make chi o move into the old office building.

It’s funny you believe they will have that kind of money to do that originally, or the land to do that. If they plan to buy it in Summer of 26 there’s no way

Pi Phi chapter will be shut down by end of year.

With DSIG being empty the school is going to want as much rent as possible they’re not kicking Pi Phi out and pretty sure the school also owns Chi O’s house so that makes no sense
