What sorority should I go to or just wait til fall

I got a bid from KKG and theta and I'm wondering if they are good houses to join or if I should wait til the fall and try to rush a "bigger and better house". Also Out of theta and KKG what house is better, has more events and just more fun?

I'm not in either of these sororities but I have friends in kappa and they love it. lots of events and the girls are really sweet- I know the house isn't the greatest but if I were you I would probs go with kappa
