Don’t listen to Greek Rank the girls in AOE are some of the sweetest, most welcoming girls you will meet. There is a place for every type of girl in this chapter, and they are very involved on campus and win lots of awards because of it. Lots of fun opportunities

Definitely do not recommend. These girls are mean and not social. They do not associate with any other greek organizations.

I’m not in AOE, but from what I’ve seen and experienced, it’s not the most welcoming group. A lot of the girls come off super cliquey and kind of act like they’re better than everyone else, especially if you’re not in their major or friend group

My experience with AOE was honestly disappointing. It’s advertised as a sisterhood for women in STEM, but in reality, it often felt cliquey and exclusionary. A lot of members talked about empowerment and support, but those values were rarely practiced consistently. If you weren’t part of the inner circle, it was easy to feel invisible or disregarded. Leadership often lacked professionalism, and communication was messy

I love AOE they are a great sorority for girls who never thought they would join Greek Life. They’re very involved on campus and have done homecoming with ATO and DSIG

When I went to their recruitment last year I felt so welcomed by all the girls and I could tell they were genuinely interested in building a strong and supportive sisterhood. The most down to earth group of girls

They are so cliquey and never actually hang out with any other sororities or fraternities. It doesn’t matter how smart you are or what you do outside of the sorority, if you’re not in the specific few majors they like you won’t get in. And i’m sorry, but that’s just not how you measure a good sister.

Honestly they are never in any real sorority stuff. They are apart of Panhel but go through a different recruitment process, run differently, and don’t have the same social opportunities so i’m not sure why they’re included.

AOE girls are some of the friendliest and smartest girls I’ve met on campus. They are so sweet and the least judgy group of girls. They’re super involved on campus and can’t wait to see them grow!!

AOE is a great sorority and their recruitments have become very competitive in the past few semesters. Girls join for the sisterhood and professional opportunities, but they are also very active within Greek Life and mix with a variety of fraternities and participate in homecoming
