Lower top tier or upper mid tier. Newer pcs are a lot nicer than older pcs. Did well during recruitment and have a house off campus by three or so frats.

upper mid, lot more of a mixed bag in terms of type of girls, can be pretty friendly but tend to drop off after rush, frats like them but their relevance has diminished a lot & you never hear of them outside of their pancake thing they do
