Now that D SIG is gone SNU is the best in the game hot guys, have class, best parties and mixers, no other frats compare except KA but it’s two very different group of guys then SNU

Don't think i've ever had fun at sigma nu. All the guys are try hards and think they're too cool for girls

older guys are nice and good looking but their last couple of pledge classes aren’t as great. have gone downhill since they’ve gotten the mansion, seem to have to hand out more bids to weirder guys so they can actually pay for it

Boring and overhyped. Only thing they have to offer is a mansion and tailgates. Parties aren’t great and the brothers can’t handle their alc.

i miss the old sigma nu

good the past few years, has definitely dropped down. keep giving bids to weirdos and are pretty average across the board now. new mansions popping up is going to hurt them a lot because that's about all they have to offer

Continually pull pledge classes with 4 or 5 cool dudes then the rest are fillers who couldn't get a bid from any other fraternity (ever wonder why they're so big?). These guys love to call kids gdis even though without signu they would be in the same place. Overall just not so good guys with a good rep.

While these guys are cool I can't recommend buying. While the market is pointing toward tech startups there is really no telling what direction these small stocks are going to take. Despite trend lines, please be educated before you invest. I have found that real estate is a much safer venture as it is much more stable. Please, I beg you, think about your family before you go invest all your money in this.
