Phi delt has really gotten it together! We love to hangout with them and they are always participating in things on campus. they are funny and goofy and not the usual stuck up frat guys. Even though they only mix with a couple of sororities, it doesn't matter because they are so much fun!!! love them

Now that pkp, theta chi, ato, fiji are dead, phi delt will be the central location for all pi phis chi os and thetas which is not something to be proud of. Being far away from other sororities hurts them, because they dont have the reputation like sigma chi or delta sig to be isolated and do well. They have the numbers and potential to be better but living near an area that is becoming less college friendly will kill them like it did to sigma pi

This fraternity has won the Caldwell Cup more times than any other. They are consistently ranked in the top 5 in every category. True Champions in every measurable way.

I know several of their fall 15 pledges even admitted that phi delt was their third choice... that means they clearly arent top and 3rd choice means barely even mid tier.
