Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.7 Best Rush party I attended this semester and it was their first official party, even better than the top tier fraternities rush parties I attended. The brothers are cool,smart and studs! This fraternity will become top tier real soon!
