Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.9 Their parties are actually super fun and I always feel safe there. PJ is top tier and the bathroom is always clean. Phi tau is pretty much always a good time and I’ve never felt uncomfortable there. Pretty mid tier on campus but very involved and throws good functions!
