Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 4.7 These are a couple of the chillest drinkers i've met here at state. I wanted to join phi tau but I was kind of scared of pledging and I think Dke would be so much worse. I'd do anything to be in dke they have parties all the time with girls and party music. Just a bunch of badass party monsters.
