Very small chapter. They are always having women drop. They’re the most expensive chapter on campus and have the worst house. They are about to lose their house if they can’t recruit better girls.

Pi Phi is a top sorority nationally but here they are lower middle tier. Unfortunately they fell for that DIE crap diversity, inclusion and equality. Diversity kills the chapter. They value junk like that over pretty girls. Pi Phi is known for being beautiful rich blondes and this chapter isn’t. The UNM chapter is #1 and this school has unattractive women to start, but they are getting better.
