Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority Ratings at CSU

When I was in school I was not a KD but I was their next door neighbor in the form Kappa Alpha Theta house. Not only were they amazing neighbors but they were a fun and down to earth group of girls. I'm glad to see that they are doing better these past few years. In the days I was at CSU they were the only sorority that we got a long with and actually were genuine and not fake. Sweet girls with great hearts and an amazing sisterhood. A no frills sorority that is more about who you are!

I know a couple of nice girls who are in this sorority, and they definitely have great sisterhood and they're supportive of one and other. I would not say they are a top teir sorority though.

Starts drama with other sororities. Limited involvement with philanthropies. Not the most attractive. They do have a good sisterhood with in the house. Room to grow but they aren't there yet.

I've been in Greek Life a year and I've seen a lot of improvement from the KD's. They may not be the hottest and most popular girls on campus, but I see at least 5 girls at every philanthropy event I've been to. They really care about each other and the community and they're sweet and genuine. Would definitely be honored to be paired with them again.

To the comment below, that's not at all true. We try to go to everyone's philanthropy events. We're a lot more supportive of EVERYONE than certain other houses. We don't pick and choose who we support and we try to be there for everyone in hopes that they'll do the same for us, even though that's never the case.

These girls love each other but they are completely absent from the greek community. They didn't even participate in one fraternity's philanthropy events because they claimed "they knew they wouldn't win anyway." So they just gave up. Complete lack of support for everyone in the community.

Nice people, but not a top house.

Everyone always talks bad about them, but the truth is that they're the only house full of genuine, accepting, and loving girls. These girls truly care about and respect each other.

Apparently KD is everyone's punching bag. They may not be the best but they're definitely not the worst. They have class and know what kind of girls they want, and are really picky when it comes to deciding who to bring into their house. They're nothing like they were in the past, all those girls are gone now and KD is doing a lot better.

In all honesty, I graduated recently so I don't know what they're like this year, but for the last 5 they were the "last chance" house on campus. Like, this was the house that bid you if no one else would, and it showed. There was a Miss Colorado that was a KD when I was there, but there were also people that I really didn't think belonged in greek life. It has been a total mixed bag, but a lot of the girls weren't really people I wanted to be around, and there was a lot of internal division.
