Why does every one here say k sig is lower mid tier

I’m a freshmen so I don’t know much but every upper class men I know even guys that are in other frats like theta and lambda tell me k sig is good to join and don’t they party with the top sorority’s why does everyone on here say it’s bad.

I know for a fact guys from lambda and theta didn’t tell you that. If they did they probably thought you were lame and wanted you to join someone else
