Transferring because almost everybody in greek life in chico are losers and shallow people. This isn’t high school anymore. 90% are white privileged kids who think they’re all that but in reality, they’re just losers who go to a trashy school. Bye losers have fun peaking
Chico state is wayyy to hard on its Greek life. If they’d lighten up, Chico would have the potential to have the best Greek life in Cali
Great greek system and a place for everyone
its a super fun school
I think Chico State Greeks are dope, yet most of the fraternities are just douchebags.
But still, pretty dope.
Chico greek has the opportunity to have one of the best greek systems in the country but the school would rather see them fail. The greek system at chico is required to give back to the comunity and be involved on campus but the school doesnt give anything back to the greek systems.
This is the truth
I've never met a Chico Frat Boy who wasn't a total goober
They need to let the Fraternities throw parties at their houses. This will allow the the students to stay safer instead of having to deal the sketch heads showing up at house parties. Cops need to stop shutting down parties before midnight. Families need to stop moving into the party area of downtown.
Chico has the potential to be a great Greek campus but the past administrations have fumbled hard by holding the Greek community at arms length rather than embracing it and making simple steps to promote Greek life. Zingg paid lip service and only became involved after high profile incidents occurred. If the new president wants to prevent senseless incidents do the following:
1: Enforce and publish grades.
2. Make alumni involvement mandatory.
3. Promote Greek life as a positive option for students.
4. Loosen alcohol ban and not force existing drinking into the shadows (PAC 12/ Big 10 model) with sober advisors at registered parties.
Greek involvement will dramatically improve Alumni involvement and fundraising. This is fact.
