"Lambda chi alpha "associate members" have had full and equal rights in the chapter. Including voting privileges, ability to hold office and attend all meetings. Wear the letters and regalia of the fraternity. Associates have a vote upon signing of their bid card, associates meet with active chapter, associates and actives work together on any task, associates CAN HOLD OFFICE!?! Associates are never forced to take tests or do any work against their will!!!!"

You guys are idiots for starting this fraternity. Why would you bring back a horrible national fraternity to Chico? You guys should of brought back Beta Theta Pi, Delta Chi, Sig Ep, TKE, or SAE rather than a horrible ass scrub national fraternity that hands everyone letters...

Also anyone can attend their meetings!!!!

So pathetic. lmao.

Everything you're ranting about probably sounds like it makes sense to you and maybe others of your ilk, but I can tell you from personal experience that Lambda Chi's approach makes sense. It provides a more rewarding experience for anyone being 'inclusive' rather than 'exclusive'. As an associate member of Lambda Chi at Chico back in the early 80's (yes, I and the fraternity are that freakin old) I was empowered by that opportunity and became an officer and eventually the chapter president in short order. I'm now pretty successful in my career and personal life and I attribute much of that to the experience I had in Lambda Chi. Just because somethings doesn't work for your organization doesn't mean it doesn't work for another. And being less caustic and spiteful might be a first step to having anyone listen or take you seriously in life. Open your head.
