Idk about that specifically, but I know a lot of different orgs do alumni initiations which allow people who always wanted to be greek to initiate and immediately go alum. I'm not really sure why anyone would do it, but I guess it's more money for nationals?

Almost every frats secrets are on wiki leaks..... At least EXs, Ksigs, ENs, Sig Ep, TKEs and SAEs are... Which are the only frats that matter IMO lol
