Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 3.0 the nerd fraternity... nicest way to put it. try way too hard to be fratty, never throw parties. join if all you want to do is community service and talk about how glad you are parties are banned at annex houses (since they have none).
