Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.2 In all honesty, I’ve only been to a few of their parties like on Chavez but it was a lot of fun. Some of the older guys are a little weird but the recent pledge classes and younger guys are really good looking and really fun to talk to! I think if they have a couple more good pledge classes then they could be upper middle tier to lower top tier. They’re terrible at sports lol but a bunch of REALLY good guys and I feel safe at their parties unlike a lot of the frats on campus. I think they get a lot of hate because they aren’t your typical douchey frat like most on campus, but just a really fun and genuine group of guys. Overall, I’d give phi delt a solid middle tier ranking but I see them getting bigger and better in the next couple of years.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.0 Phi Delta Theta is definitely not a top house, but definitely not a bottom house either. They are a strong middle tier. They are really nice guys and will always walk a lady home. They throw parties every weekend. I think they're definitely on the rise.
