Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 2.0 These guys don’t even have a chapter house. The have a house next to Miller which gets a few people coming from Lambda and theta parties next door. They usually leave quickly though.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.4 These guys are somewhat nice. but a lot of them are losers. Id say 7 out of 10 are weirdos there. Two in ten are ok and maybe one in ten are cool.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.5 They are a good fraternity to party with if there are no other options. Honestly id rater go to a Delta Theta party. I went to one AEPI party. There wasn't many people. The music was good but the guys were weird.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.7 I rushed with them last year. I ended up dropping because I had a lot of tests my first week and they wanted me to skip. I would have dropped anyway because once their upperclassmen graduate I they will have 7 members. There not good at recruitment.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 2.0 There a lower bottom teir fraternity . There some cool guys in it but the issue is there are also a few bad guys. The problem is it’s a smaller frat so the bad guys stick out.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 2.4 These guys aren’t the coolest and that’s ok but the issue with them is they support Delta Chi. Delta chi did some really bad things and these guys stood by them instead of holding them accountable like they should have.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 2.4 Bottom to low middle tier fraternity. They affiliate with D Chi who are known as the bottom of the barrel. Their parties are ok but not as good as the other frats and most house parties.
