Fraternities from my college years

What Happened to Theta Chi, Phi Kap, and Kappa Delta Rho? These were all on campus when I was at CMU in the 90s. I want to know what happened to my fraternity, Theta Chi, and the other frats of my time.

Those frats are all looooong gone. I heard rumors a long time ago about Phi Kap getting kicked off for something involving hazing and killing chickens(???) but no idea about the others.
