No.
1. Pike/beta (girls like pike more though. Betas are just football players)
2. Sigma Chi/ SAE (sigma chi is up and coming. sae doesn't party that much and has some weird brothers)
3. Sig Ep( immature brothers and too big. Not all of the brothers know each other. Anyone can get a bid here)
4. Everyone else...

I don't understand this school's actions toward Greeks. Constantly kicking off strong organizations and adding new ones on a pretty much annual basis for a good decade or so now is not the way to establish a strong system. Not to mention the blatant disrespect shown for DTD and Sigma Chi by giving away the soon to be vacant houses to groups that literally just came onto campus this year.
It's no wonder that CMU has one of the worst endowments of any college--they have absolutely no respect for their Greek alumni, and continuing to make an already inferior social scene even worse won't help matters.

Numerical rankings are pointless. It should be by tiers.
Top:
SAE/Sigma Chi/SigEp (3 way tie)
Middle:
PIKE/DTD
Bottom:
Phi Delt/Sigma Nu/Kappa Sigma/AEPI
Nonexistent:
Delta Upsilon/Sig Tau
