Cons: They don't have much house unity. Around twenty brothers deactivated at the beginning of the year, which is a bad sign for any house, especially a small one, and apparently half of their current brothers are not very involved in house affairs. Also, they're not really very social guys, and the brothers seem pretty randomly selected. I've also heard rumors of wild marijuana/cocaine abuse by some of the upperclassmen members. Pros: They have a nice house. A nice, dry house.

Theyre pretty middle of the road. I liked the girls but didnt really connect and one of the girls was badmouthing the house i ended up choosing at FMR

The majority of the top tier rankings for Phi Delt on GreekRank are clearly self-ranked. They honestly could be a decent house down the road, maybe in 5 or 6 years, but they're really new and I haven't really seen much growth from them in the past year, especially when compared to houses like Sigma Chi and Sigma Tau Gamma, who are both also new.
