definitely the most awkward house at FMR, all the PNMs went to the bathroom at this house.. nice girls but super weird and had a really hard time leading conversations. also wow the self ranking..

Any fraternity that needs to rate themselves 5 stars in every category is clearly insecure about who they actually are. Has a few cool guys, but overall Sig Ep is a random group of guys who form an underdeveloped and unconnected brotherhood. They are the definition of bottom tier, and their parties only reaffirm that. Have fun having no fun.
