I have a lot of friends in phi delt but I'm not a huge fan. They try really hard at everything in a way that is pretty off-putting and irritating but they mean well. Not quite on the level of sigep, sae, and delt. And at least they're a lot classier than pike

Overall seems like they have a strong brotherhood. They have a nice house even though some of their brothers look like hobos but despite looking poor they are always at OE together enjoying a nice meal off campus.

i'm going through fmr this year and theta is def the house i want to be in... all the girls are pretty, genuine and down to earth. if you want real friends, join theta. they don't seem fake like a lot of other houses. also had a killer year with greek sing and booth 1st place!!!

The most visible but also the largest frat on campus. Clearly self rank but don't hold it against themselves, at least they make it obvious... Booth this year was sub par and they seem to be having an identity crisis as they transition from being the slightly nerdy good guys to SAE wannabes
