have honestly gotten a lot better in the last few semesters as Sig Ep has moved down a tier (some brothers don't even know each other, social probation last year, hospitalized some freshmen literally like their first party this year) Phi Delt has probably moved up one cons: parties off campus pros: strong brotherhood, guys that are all arounders so that's why I'd put it probably just behind SAE, as a new top tier

Ok they are def the best at CMU rn. They have recruited the best for the past two years.

They're all really nice, but not girls who go out or known by the entire campus. They need to recruit better in the future, but they seem like really close sisters who are def the classiest on campus.
