Ranking in recruitment

With summer starting and recruitment prep coming, I wanted to give a few reminders and tips.

- do not take this website as the Bible. The rankings on here are somewhat true but those rankings are purely based on party invites. I know girls who are in the “bottom houses” who go to as many parties as the “top houses”. So don’t worry about ranks.

-don’t determine your top house before you meet them. They might look cool or fun, but you might not vibe with them at all. Save yourself the research, find your home authentically.

-recruitment CAN be hard!! Formal recruitment/rush is a fast paced and an intense experience for some. You are better off going into recruitment with an open mind and not watching videos on how to do well in recruitment. If you train yourself to do well, you’re not being yourself.

- finally. GO THROUGH RECRUITMENT!!! It’s the beginning of the year and you’ll meet so many girls. Your connections to others will expand immensely. You’ll recognize girls in your classes or dorm buildings just from going through rush. Make those connections!
