Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Furman University - FU 2.2 They act like they’re better than everyone, which is not very attractive. There are some genuinely kind people in this sorority, but there are also people who are very mean and catty. Recruitment is very much so based on outer appearances rather than personalities. They have a tendency to gossip about others and hold a reputation of being the ‘mean girls’ on campus. With that being said, you can find many girls in this sorority that are very genuine, kind, and charismatic. It’s often that those who are mean are the ones who set the reputation for this sorority, which is unfortunate, as they do have many girls within their sisterhood that don’t represent this reputation. The girls who are mean are also those who have the tendency to influence their sisters the most, which can be detrimental to a really kind girl or new recruit. My best advice would be to get to know them first to determine if you’re okay with being a part of a sisterhood that is primarily catty, rude, and judgmental, but has some girls in it that are genuine.

Get a bad reputation because people do NOT get to know them well enough before making a judgement call! Best sorority functions on campus and are friends with people in all greek organizations on campus.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Furman University - FU 4.5 Anyone who says ADPi is not top tier is stupid. It is widely known that KD and ADPI run furman. Not by being rude or cliquey but by being social, involved, philanthropy, and branching their friendships out of their sorority while still maintaining good relationships with their sisters. ADPi has gotten a bad wrap in the past but all the crazy girls have graduated, their pledge class is literally awesome and they have made such a positive name for themselves. yes they have interior friend groups, but so does literally every single sorority or on-campus organization....its literally human nature to gravitate to who you are similar to. Great girls, you just have to get to know them and move past the old stereotypes and occasional RBF lol

I wouldn't say this is true. One of my best friends is an ADPI and yes, admits there are friend groups but not cliques. My friend and I compare and talk about issues all the time about our pledge classes, and I do have to say that when it comes down to it ADPi has much more lighthearted "drama" than any other sorority. They don't hate on each other or purposely avoid/exclude one and other either. I have had more of my friend's 'sisters' say hi to me when I am walking to her than I ever have had my own sorority acknowledge me.
