This was obviously AEphi who have been self ranking like crazy. The giveaway is putting them tied with DG. They want to be top tier really badly and thought putting Adpi top would make people think it was an ADPi self rank.

Pike over kappa sig. Pike is way harder to get a bid from which is why they are top
