rushing as a transfer

Hi I'm a transfer this year and was wondering whether or not transfers are less likely to get bids from each of the sororities?

Sororities would ideally like to get freshmen. Lots of sophomores rush and get bids. It more rare for juniors to rush but some girls do it! I don't think I've ever heard of a senior rushing.
