Definitely a top house. They are known as a party house and always throw great parties. Open Haus philanthropy event was super fun this year and boosted their reputation a lot. They tend to hang out with good looking girls and have decent brotherhood. As a girl, this is my favorite house. Good guys

Top house known for their loud rowdiness and mostly good looking brothers. Don't have many of their own philanthropy events, but are loud and show up to sorority ones. Very big and probably one of the most diverse fraternities on campus. This diversity also means a few awkward and not as pleasing to look at guys, but they're a minority. Every year a different fraternity at the top is rumored to spike drinks (Pike last year, Kappa Sig, Sig Ep before they got kicked off), but the rumors never have any backing aside from a few freshmen girls who are surprised they blacked out after their 8th mixed drink. Be careful at any fraternity party, but take all the rumors with a grain of salt before getting to know the actual guys, I say that for all the fraternities, not just this one.

Gave out over 40 bids and only 20 accepted lol. These kids talk down other frats and organizations because they are so concerned with how other people look at them. So many guys and such a random mix of kids, half of them don't even like eachother... wow brotherhood!
