Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 3.0 Average chapter. Some good guys....some terrible ones. Not respected on campus but they do throw some decent parties. Hurts them that Phi Delt is a bad national fraternity.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Middle to lower tier chapter. They have about 65 members so about the same number of guys as Delt, SigEp, and Pi Kapp. They would be ok but they talk a lot of crap about other fraternities and don't do anything on campus. Pretty mediocre group.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Phi Delt is a weird bunch of goobers that like to self rank, hence having 3x more ranks than any other fraternity. They don't really do much at all and their parties are lacking.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 2.4 These guys get super drunk and super creepy. I've seen several fights erupt between members. The brotherhood is essentially nonexistent.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 One of the worst fraternities at Baylor from about 1985 until about 2010. Averaged about 30 members. Then tons of chapters got kicked off (KA, Pike, Sigma Chi, SigEp, Beta, ect.) Phi Delt took advantage of that and finally started to take some guys and get better. But the kids are still try hards who spend all their time trying to "up their rep on campus". Basically they are like a bunch of sorority girls constantly caring about what others think.
