They are a solid middle tier fraternity at Baylor and one of the best party fraternities on campus. Everyone likes to label them as try hards etc for how they act, or dress even though most other fraternities here dress and act the same way. Their biggest negative is they really don't do much on campus. The ones I know are very respectful to ladies and are in a relationship. Girls just like to let a few bad apples ruin the bunch.

À country version of ATO. They will take anyone who wants to join. Most seem like they were dorks in high school (just like ATO). But now in college they think dipping cope and wearing boots will make them cool. Most insecure of the party frats

Phi Delt is just not good here. They have about 50 members and mostly just take the guys that KOT & SAE neg during rush. They have no presence on campus and do nothing for the school. They also hang out with low tier AXOs and have some kind of bottom barrel rivalry with Sigep.

Truth is they are an average drinking chapter....yet they pretend to be top tier. Have about the same number of members as SigEp and Delt yet think they are miles ahead of them. Basically a group of average guys who would be a lot cooler if they didn't keep being such try hards.

Phi delts are ok guys. Most similar to SAE I think. Most are nice, funny, decently attractive. Always have great parties. Events are always fun that Ive been to. They all drink quite a bit. Have stepped up campus involvement in the past couple years. have a few smart guys, most are average students. A couple guys are pretty bad with women, gives them a bad rep. Overall good chapter, good guys.
