phi delt is really cool guys. nice country fraternity who likes to be a typical texan like dip, smoke, drink a lot, wear boots, and skeet shoot. people try and give us crap for not getting girls or hanging out with a lot, but its called brotherhood for a reason. ever think we would just rather kick it with the bro's?

These guys seem to be getting better. I went to a couple parties before pledging and they were the best times I've had all year. Needless to say, this fraternity deserves a lot more credit than people tend to give em.

Definitely above Tri Delt, and every bit as good as Chi O, (leaps and bounds above ADPi and AXO). and in my personal opinion, Theta's are WAY better in bed than Kappa's... just saying.

PiPhi has been going downhill. They aren't well liked by other chapters and they are very cliquey within the chapter. I know of some juniors that still don't know girls in their pledge class's name.They are the best at intermurals but not grades. I feel like if girls weren't rushed PiPhi, they had no interest in possibly joining the chapter.
