sad to see that people don’t give chi phi a chance due to them not being one of “top tiers.” If they had rich alumni they would be right up with the big guys. the guys are all gentleman (which is rare) and throw awesome parties. Hope eventually they get a letter house because they deserve one!!

Unfortunately have moved down significantly in the past couple of years. They lost one of the only things that they were good at to Sig Tau (Intramurals). They lost the Church House to Sigma Nu, and were lucky that Sigma Nu got their lettered house because they sublet the Boat House from them. Their GPA is one of the lowest on campus along with their community service hours and philanthropy dollars raised. Their priorities are obvious with their bar scene considering most of their brothers work for StillLife. They have been pairing with Kappa Sig so that they can use their house, but it is public knowledge that they have hurt that relationship by not helping to clean up after the parties. In rush, all they talk about is intramurals, and have a very similar reputation to what SAE was before they got kicked off. Hopefully they can turn it around this year with a solid pledge class and a change in priorities.

Chi Phi is sort of a mixed bag as well. One night, they're throwing down in the church. The next, nothing. Biggest problem with these guys is consistency. They can throw good events, but some just miss the mark. Their last couple of pledge classes have been iffy and they lost the church, but they'll still be around. They were king of intramurals with PIKE until PIKE got kicked off and Sig Pi came to campus.

Good fraternity, big on athletics if that means anything to you. Type of guys who have to much testosterone though. Party hard and have close relations with alpha Sig. Their biggest fault was the church house and they finally got rid of it. Due for a big year!

I’d hate to be a part of a fraternity who calls the cops on other fraternities parties.. but then again that must just be me, right?
