Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.7 They’re a sweet group of boys! Invited me and my friend over and they were super nice and respectful. Didn’t try anything😄 and didn’t make us uncomfortable. Cute dog too! Great Wine Wednesday and great darties. Rush Chi Phi!!! So far my favorite frat here.
